The team at MyNetProtector™ is here to help you with any issues you may be having with the software. Below is a list of the most frequently asked questions and answers to those questions.
Q: When I copy in my registration key, I keep getting an error message. Why is this?
A: The most common reason for this is when you copy your unique registration key into the software; you're leaving a blank character either in front of or behind the registration key. What you'll want to do is copy the code into the software again, but this time, make sure you do not leave any blank spaces either in front of or behind the registration key.
Q: How do I know if I am running a registered version of the software?
A: When you open the software's interface, at the top, it will say “Registered Version” next to the MyNetProtector name. If it says “Trial Version,” you have not yet registered the software.
Q: How do I remove the software from my PC?
A: TThe software can be removed by going to your control panel and finding the "add/remove program files" option. You'll then select the software from the list of program files and click "remove"
Q: How often should I scan my system after I register the software?
A: We strongly recommend using the MyNetProtector software at least twice a month after you register the software. It will help keep your system clean of errors and ensure that your PC is always running at its maximum efficiency.
